Delete Your Account

TitleAI ("TitleAI," "we," "us," or "our") is developed and operated by TitleAI. This page explains how you, as a TitleAI user, can request deletion of your account and personal data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1. Delete Your Account From the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the TitleAI app:

1. Open the TitleAI app and sign in
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Select Delete Account and confirm

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing us at contact@gotitleai.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Delete Account" in the subject line. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

3. What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we delete your account and personal information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You will immediately lose access to your account and will not be able to sign in again.

4. What We Retain

We retain title transfer filings and invoices generated through your account, as we are required to do so for legal and tax purposes. This information is disassociated from your identity and is no longer linked to you.

5. Timing

Account and data deletion requests are processed immediately.
